Absolutely stunning property. The Presidential Suite exceeded all expectations — from the turndown service to the personalised breakfast. The concierge team remembered our names from the moment we checked in. Will definitely return!

Stayed for our anniversary. The pool-view room was magical at sunset. Staff went out of their way to surprise us with a cake and flowers. Highly recommend the in-room dining — the dal makhani is legendary.

Great hotel overall — clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, very professional front desk. The only minor issue was Wi-Fi speed in the conference room during our corporate event. Would return for leisure stays.

Room was decent but the check-in took 45 minutes which was frustrating after a long flight. The spa was closed for renovation without any prior communication on the booking page. Food was good though.

The Orion is my go-to hotel for business travel in the city. Same-day GST invoicing is a lifesaver. The rooms are always spotless and the 24-hour room service is reliable. The GM even stopped by to check in personally.

Very disappointed. I specifically requested a high floor room at booking but was given a ground floor room. When I raised it, the staff was dismissive. The pool area was crowded and noisy. Would not return.

Perfect venue for our family reunion. The banquet team is exceptional — they handled 120 guests with military precision. The poolside dinner setup was Instagram-worthy. Minor note: parking was tight for our guests.

Best monsoon staycation ever! The property looks magical in the rain. The rain-facing room with floor-to-ceiling windows is worth every rupee. Staff organised a private movie night for us — totally unexpected and wonderful.

Average experience for the price. Breakfast options were limited compared to other hotels in the same category. The room was clean but showing some wear — especially the bathroom grout. Location is excellent though.

Hosted my wedding reception here — everything was flawless. The banquet manager Ramesh is a star. He coordinated with 6 different vendors without a single hiccup. The decoration team turned our vision into reality. Highly recommend for weddings!
